In our daily work, we rely heavily on 3D models that we create ourselves or we receive from cooperators. We carry out all design work using Autocad Inventor software. Do you have an idea for sophisticated details or complicated constructions, we will model and produce them for you!

CNC turning or milling is our daily bread. The possibilities are virtually unlimited, complicated details are produced on a 5-axis Hermle C400 machining center, for the rest of the work 3 axes of our other machines will suffice. Many elements, especially small series, will be made faster using conventional lathes or milling machines. We are flexible in this matter.

Welding shop covering an area of 1000 m2 equipped with two gantries allows us to make many interesting constructions. We know MIG / MAG / TIG methods well, and brass brazing is not a challenge for us. Certified members of our team are honing their skills in increasingly interesting implementations. The quality of welding processes is confirmed by our ISO 3834-2: 2007 certificate.

A large part of the orders carried out is given by the craftsmen we employ, who work with them to eliminate all possible imperfections in the surface of the produced elements, probably your detail will pass through the hands of one of them.

We are not limited to the production of details, many of our partners receive a complementary service that begins with the project, through its implementation into production and subsequent assembly into teams. What scope of work are you interested in?
